Oneida police seek suspects in mini-bike theft

CITY OF ONEIDA —A stolen mini-bike at Tractor Supply Co. in Madison County is under investigation, according to the Oneida Police Department.

Authorities said two adult, white males used a cutting device to cut the lock on a Coleman brand 196cc mini-bike parked outside the Tractor Supply store on Upper Lenox Avenue at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday. The mini-bike was parked in a line of outdoor vehicles. Police said the two suspects loaded the mini-bike into the back of a silver-colored SUV and left the scene. They were last seen heading eastbound on Genesee Street.

Both suspects are white males with medium builds. One man had a bald head and no face covering. He wore a gray winter coat and black pants.

The second man wore a black winter hat and a tan or yellow-colored facemask. He wore a dark gray, sleeveless winter coat over a light gray hoodie, along with blue jeans.

Anyone with information on the theft is asked to call Oneida Police at 315-363-2323. All calls will be kept confidential.
