Oneida police report recent arrests

ONEIDA — The following is a list of arrests made by the Oneida City Police Department.

Thursday, March 12: Bruce L. Hollenbeck Sr., 48, of Canastota, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

He was also charged with
unlicensed operation of a
vehicle.

Wednesday, March 11: Andrea C. Venturi, 27, of Canastota, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Wednesday, March 11: Dustin R. Roache, 31, of Oneida, was charged with petty larceny after allegedly stealing a lawnmower.

Wednesday, March 11: Troy S. Jennings Jr., 29, of Oneida,
was charged with petty larceny after allegedly stealing a lawnmower.

Tuesday, March 10: Olivario B. Maes, 41, with no permanent address listed, was charged
with fourth-degree criminal mischief after allegedly defacing
city owned property in a city park.

Tuesday, March 10: Brandon M. Davis, 24, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with second-degree harassment.

Monday, March 9: Kevin R. Popple, 30, of Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charges of second-degree criminal possession of meth manufacturing material.

He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held without bail.

Sunday, March 8: Joshua A. Campany, 24, of Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging he failed to appear on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal contempt, and second-degree criminal contempt.

He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

Sunday, March 8: Joshua A. Campany, 24, of Oneida, was charged with petty larceny after allegedly shoplifting $222.39 worth of merchandise at a local retail establishment.

Friday, March 6: Jessica L. Hilborn, 34, of Morrisville, was charged with disorderly conduct after being observed acting in a disorderly manner in a public place.

Friday, March 6: Lige M. Truitt, 38, Madison County Public Safety Building, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt after allegedly violating a court order of protection.

Friday, March 6: Valerie J. Darracq, 51, of Canastota, was charged with petty larceny after allegedly shoplifting from a local retail establishment.

Thursday, March 5: Holly S. Moyer, 33, of Fayetteville, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

Thursday, March 5: Natash M. Salloum, 31, of Lenox, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to dim headlights, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
