Oneida police arrests, June 23 to June 28

ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests:

• Jessica N. Quijano, 26, of Rome, was issued a criminal summons on June 28 for second-degree harassment.

• Shawn G. Dieni, 25, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on June 28 for third-degree mischief.

• Tyler J. Reed, 27, of Rome, was issued a criminal summons on June 28 for second-degree harassment.

• Thomas E. McNichol, 67, of Durhamville, was charged on June 28 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, improper turn, failure to keep right and a license plate violation.

• Arthur H. Granger, 26, of Oneida, was picked up on an arrest warrant on June 27 for third-degree mischief, second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

• Zachary W. Winchell, 26, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on June 27 for petty larceny.

• Steven R. Buss, 32, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on June 26 for petty larceny.

• Alexandra J. Gibbons, 32, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on June 26 for second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

• Jared S. Jakubowski, 29, of Oneida, was charged on June 26 with two counts of resisting arrest, and was picked up on an arrest warrant for petty larceny.

• Diane C. Powers, 35, of Oneida, was picked up on an arrest warrant June 24 for petty larceny.

• Tiffany M. Nemo, 30, of Taberg, was issued an appearance ticket on June 24 for fourth-degree grand larceny.

• Zachary W. Winchell, 26, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on June 24 for fourth-degree mischief.

• Patrick C. Christensen, 28, of Oneida, was charged on June 24 with for second-degree contempt, fourth-degree mischief, second-degree burglary, second-degree aggravated harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was also picked up on an arrest warrant for second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing.

• Trevor C. Stedman, 34, of Lafayette, was picked up on an arrest warrant on June 23 for petty larceny.

• Parish T. Gibson, 52, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on June 23 for petty larceny.

• Savannah R. Drake, 24, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on June 23 for second-degree trespass.

• William O. Ducey III., 29, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on June 23 for second-degree trespass.

• Charlisa A. Todd, 29, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on June 23 for second-degree trespass.

• James A. Miller, 33, of Camden, was issued appearance tickets on June 23 for petty larceny and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Mark W. Buss, 52, of Oneida, was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon third-degree (D felony), menacing second-degree and harassment second-degree. He was transported to Madison County jail for centralized arraignment.
