Oneida Police Department reports recent arrests

CITY OF ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests.

• Jeffrey D. Decker, 27, of Oneida, was charged on May 30 with criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in City Court and was released on his own recognizance.

• Mallory P. Coe, 26, of Durhamville, was ticketed on May 31 for petty larceny.

• Shawn G. Dieni, 24, of Oneida, was ticketed on May 30 for petty larceny.

• Jerry L. Mansir, 55, of Oneida, was charged on May 29 with second-degree menacing, third-degree possession of a weapon and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in City Court and was released on his own recognizance.

• Morgan W. Shlotzhauer, 39, of Oneida was ticketed on May 28 for second-degree harassment and second-degree contempt.

• Joshua L. Joslyn, 35, of Oneida, was ticketed on May 28 for petty larceny.

• Joshua L. Stewart, 27, of Oneida, was charged on May 28 with two counts each of fourth-degree grand larceny and petty larceny. He was arraigned in City Court and was released on his own recognizance.

• Calvin J. Winston Jr., 35, of Oneida, was picked up on an arrest warrant for second-degree mischief.

• Clayton J. Martin, 40, of Oriskany, was picked up on an arrest warrant on May 27 for two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and one count each of second-degree possession of marijuana, third-degree possession of a forged instrument, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, uninspected vehicle, a license plate violation and driving the wrong way on a one-way street. He was arraigned in City Court and was released on his own recognizance.

• Margaret M. Mason, 55, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.
