Oneida Planning Commission ZBA to hold public hearing

ONEIDA — A public hearing before the Oneida Planning Commission Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Thursday, April 21, at 7 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, 109 N. Main St., to consider the following agenda items: 

-Area Variance for a 10’ of frontage to allow for the placement of a single-family residence located at 0 Florence Ave (Parcel Address), by Timothy Washo.  

-Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review to establish professional office space on the second and third floor at 125 Oneida Street (Physical Address)/122 Vanderbilt Ave., by Anthony Barnaba.  

-Sketch Plat Approval, Preliminary Plat Waiver, and Final Plat Approval for a 2-lot minor subdivision, zoned Agricultural, by Joni and Paul W. Harrington. 

-Sketch Plat Approval, Preliminary Plat Waiver, and Final Plat Approval for a 2-lot minor subdivision, zoned Agricultural, by James and Nancy Conley. 

The above applications are open to inspection at the City of Oneida Department of Planning and Development, 109 N. Main St., Oneida, according to city officials.

If unable to attend the hearing, communications in writing about these matters may be filed with the Department of Planning and Development, the announcement added.
