CANASTOTA — The Oneida Area Civic Chorale will present “Great American Songwriters,” a collection of popular songs from American composers and lyricists through the decades, at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 3, and 4 p.m. Sunday, June 4, at St. Agatha’s Catholic Church, 329 North Peterboro St.
This pops concert will include tunes ranging from Stephen Foster’s “Beautiful Dreamer” to Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim’s “West Side Story.” Audience members will also recognize pieces from Rogers and Hammerstein, Carole King and Henry Mancini, to name a few.

Tickets are $10 and available from chorale members, at the door and on the chorale website at www.oneidachorale.org. Patron pass holders should note the change in venue from the printed passes. For more information, check the website or the Oneida Area Civic Chorale on Facebook.
