One person shot in Utica
UTICA — One man was shot on Blandina Street in Utica Friday afternoon, according to the Utica Police Department. No arrests have been made so far.
Police said the victim walked into a Utica hospital with a gunshot wound to his pelvis around 5:45 p.m. Friday. The victim underwent treatment, and authorities said the injuries to do not appear to be life-threatening.
The shooting took place in the 1000 block of Blandina Street and police said they found several spent shell casings on the scene.
