Naturally Lewis hosts Economic Development Conference
LOWVILLE — Naturally Lewis, the leading economic development agency for Lewis County, announced the successful completion of its second annual Lewis County Economic Development Conference. Themed From the Ground Up, the conference united over 120 attendees from varying businesses, industries, government and municipal bodies and community organizations.
The Lewis County Economic Development Conference is intended to serve as a platform for insightful discussions, leadership development opportunities, economic development updates and networking, acting as a catalyst for connections and future collaborations.
The conference focused on identifying the roots of our rural communities, focusing on their successes and shifting perspective to see their potential — the potential for a thriving rural economy.
“This year’s conference was about the stories of our businesses and our communities and the leaders that push us forward and drive economic and community development,” said Brittany Davis, executive director of Naturally Lewis.
“It was the inspirational stories and educational opportunities that provided an excellent platform for attendees to connect and collaborate in the future,” the Naturally Lewis executive director added.
The 2023 Lewis County Economic Development Conference featured a diverse lineup of local and regional speakers and panelists, providing insight and expertise on various topics.
