National Pastel Exhibition: View gives thanks


OLD FORGE — Eighty-five pieces were selected for the 8th Annual Adirondack National Pastel Exhibition from approximately 300  applicants. The exhibit runs through July 31.

View is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. Gallery admission is $10, and free for View members. View is located at 3273 Route 28. To learn more about View programming, visit, or call 315-369-6411.

Awards were recently presented to artists for their imagination, techniques, and skill. View, in collaboration with the Adirondack Pastel Society, was able to provide over $3,000 in cash prizes to the winners.
