WESTMORELAND — The Mount Markham boys volleyball team earned a road win five sets at Westmoreland Monday in Section III league play.

With the Mustangs up two sets to one, Adirondack won to force a deciding fifth set. Mount Markham won it 15-11.

Ken Escamalia had 11 kills, five digs, four blocks and two aces in the win. Teammate Bryant Denza had 10 kills, 11 digs and fives aces.

Westmoreland’s Rylan Kryczkowski had seven kills and two blocks. Carter McGregor had five kills, seven aces, eight assists and two digs.

Mount Markham (4-10) hosted Herkimer in the league Tuesday. Results were not available at press time.

Westmoreland (2-11) hosted Cincinnatus in the league Tuesday. Results were not available at press time.
