Multiple youths charged with making threats

The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Madison and Herkimer counties:

• Daniel G. Dillon, 31, of Little Falls, was charged on Sept. 21 in Newport with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• A 12-year-old from Oriskany Falls was charged on Sept. 21 in Madison with one count of making a threat of mass harm.

• An 18-year-old from Newport was charged on Sept. 20 in Newport with one count of third-degree trespass.

• Dylan M. Bowen, 27, of Ilion, was charged in Herkimer on Sept. 20 with one count each of second-degree reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence and third-degree possession of a weapon.

• Logan R. Smith, 19, of Mohawk, was charged in Herkimer on Sept. 20 with one count each of second-degree reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence and third-degree possession of a weapon.

• Jason R. Obligenhart, 25, of Ilion, was charged in Herkimer on Sept. 20 with two counts of third-degree possession of a weapon and one count of second-degree reckless endangerment.

• Kenneth R. Butler, 25, of Ilion, was charged on Sept. 20 in Herkimer with four counts of third-degree possession of a weapon and one count each of second-degree reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence.

• Alicia M. Pugliese, 33, of Rome, was charged on Sept. 19 in Rome with six counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument.

• An 18-year-old from Ilion was charged in Salisbury on Sept. 19 with one count of sexual misconduct.

• Joshua J. Squires, 39, of Norwich, was charged in Hamilton on Sept. 19 with two counts of sending indecent materials to minors and one count each of second-degree contempt and endangering the welfare of a child.

• A 14-year-old from Whitesboro was charged in Marcy on Sept. 1 with one count of making a threat of mass harm.

• A 15-year-old and 14-year-old from Utica were both charged on Sept. 16 in Marcy with one count of third-degree burglary.

• A 15-year-old from Little Falls was charged on Sept. 16 in Little Falls with one count each of first-degree contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment.

• Christopher S. Filey, 32, of Blossvale, was charged on Sept. 16 in Vienna with one count each of third-degree mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.

• Hope A. Mayack, 65, of Oriskany, was charged in Rome on Sept. 16 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Peter M. Robinson, 39, of Canastota, was charged in Lenox on Sept. 16 with third-degree assault.
