CLINTON — MPW Marketing, a full-service advertising and marketing firm, recently announced the addition of conversion rate optimization  specialist Victoria Miserere to its growing team of 23 marketing experts.

Miserere is based in Long Island and is one of several MPW remote employees. The company features a remote work model option for workers, which has allowed them to cast a larger net when recruiting. By eliminating geographical limitations, they have been able to successfully recruit ideal, specialized talent, the announcement said.

Miserere is responsible for optimizing websites for conversion and providing design suggestions to improve the user’s online experience, the announcement said, adding that she creates strategic plans and meets with clients to collaborate on how to reach their marketing and branding goals.

Miserere earned a bachelor’s degree in digital and studio art from State University of New York at Oneonta and is currently training through Springboard as a User Experience Design Student.

Director of digital optimization Corey Murtha explains that building website traffic is only a piece of the digital marketing puzzle; it is equally important for that traffic to generate leads.
