Menacing, mischief among arrests in Madison County

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office announced the following recent arrests:

• Andrew C. Hadlock, 36, no address given, was charged in Stockbridge on Sept. 23 with first-degree menacing, second-degree harassment, fourth-degree mischief, third-degree possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child.

• Sebastian D. Wier, 20, of Madison, was charged in Hamilton on Sept. 24 with one count each of second-degree harassment, fourth-degree mischief, endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Lois H. Coe, 53, of Munnsville, was charged in Smithfield on Sept. 23 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, changing lanes in a hazard and speeding.

• Robert B. Ladd III, 37, of Canastota, was charged in Wampsville on Sept. 23 with petty larceny, fifth-degree welfare fraud and second-degree offering a false instrument for filing.
