TOWN OF ANNSVILLE — A man was taken into custody Monday evening after a domestic dispute turned physical, according to local law enforcement officials.
Sheriff’s deputies said that at about 7:30 p.m., Steven J. Parsons, 49, of an address given as Annsville, was involved in a domestic incident at his residence.
At some point during the argument, the confrontation turned physical and Parsons broke an end table, the deputies said.
The law enforcers added that Parsons left the house prior to law enforcement arriving to the scene.
Parsons was located on Tuesday at the same residence, was taken into custody and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation, the sheriff’s deputies said.
He was arraigned in Oneida County CAP Court and was sent to county jail in lieu of $150 cash bail.
