WESTMORELAND — A 45-year-old man was charged with a felony for violating an order of protection in Westmoreland, according to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff's deputies siad Johnnie R. Fuller Sr., 45, of Wellsburg, Chemung County, was involved in a domestic dispute in the parking lot of the Circle K gas station on West Main Street shortly after midnight on Sunday.

Deputies said Fuller was in violation of an order of protection.

Fuller is charged with one count of felony first-degree contempt and second-degree harassment, authorities said. He is scheduled to appear in court.
