A 38-year-old man is accused of inappropriate contact with a teenager in Rome, according to local law enforcement officails.
Christopher Hallberg, of Rome, had inappropriate physical contact with a 15-year-old child in December in Rome, according to Invs. Ryan Marshall and Mark Chrysler with the county Child Advocacy Center. Hallberg was taken into custody on Friday.
Hallberg is charged with one count each of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors, authorities said.
He is scheduled to appear in court, the law enforcers added.
The victim has been offered counseling through the CAC.
