BOONVILLE — The Sauquoit man accused of killing one man and stabbing two others during a domestic dispute will have his case presented to a county grand jury for a possible indictment.
Brennan J. Iseneker, 30, appeared in Boonville Court Wednesday evening, where defense attorney Les Lewis waived Iseneker’s felony hearing. The judge then forwarded the case to the county level.
Iseneker is charged with one count of second-degree murder and two-counts of second-degree assault, all felonies.
State police said Iseneker was involved in a domestic dispute at a residence on Summit Street in Boonville at about 4 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 7. Troopers said Iseneker stabbed three men: 31-year-old Cy M. Platt, a second 31-year-old man and Iseneker’s 62-year-old father.
Authorities said Platt was air-lifted to University Hospital in Syracuse with stab wounds to his head and neck. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. The two other men were treated at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica.
