CLARK MILLS — A 21-year-old man has been charged with raping a teenage girl, according to the county Child Advocacy Center.
Investigators said Michael Kulpa, of Clark Mills, had sex with a 14-year-old girl on multiple occasions between August and November. The authorities were notified on Dec. 23, and Kulpa was taken into custody on Monday.
Kulpa is charged with one count of second-degree rape, a class D felony, authorities said. Kulpa was arraigned in court and was sent to county jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
He is scheduled to reappear in court, according to the law enforcers.
