HERKIMER — Herkimer College unveiled the art exhibit, Makers in the Mohawk Valley, with an artist’s reception on Friday.

The exhibit formally opens Tuesday, Sept. 6, will run through Friday, Oct. 14 in the Cogar Gallery.

Makers in the Mohawk Valley celebrates the artists, crafters, and other makers living and working in the region, according to the college.

The exhibition is free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed on Labor Day). The Cogar Gallery is located inside the main entrance to the Robert McLaughlin College Center.
