WAMPSVILLE — The Madison County Youth Bureau is still accepting funding proposals from community-based non-profit organizations, public agencies, and Madison County municipalities in two separate and distinct Request for Proposals (RFP).

Proposals are being accepted for Positive Youth Development funding and Youth Sports Education Opportunity funding. Programming must be designed for youth who reside in Madison County.

Limited funds are available for the delivery of youth services, opportunities and supports and must be spent by Sunday, Sept. 30.

Eligible programs must provide community-level services designed to promote positive youth development and youth sports education and opportunities, responding to locally identified youth needs in Madison County.

Eligible programs must be outcome based and provide quantifiable and verifiable indicators by which program performance will be measured.

All programs seeking funding must track outcome measures for the service, opportunity and support the program is addressing.

These RFPs are available at https://www.madisoncounty.ny.gov/427/Purchasing and will be following the Purchasing Department bidding process.

Madison County Youth Bureau funds are made possible through the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.
