The 2019 Madison County Visitors Guide is now available, Madison County Tourism, the county’s official tourism promotion agency, announced.
The 32-page magazine, which features a scenic shot of the new Delphi Falls County Park on the cover, presents readers with a taste of what there is to see and do in Madison County.

at numerous visitor information centers and kiosks throughout the state and county and at more than a dozen trade and consumer shows in the US and Canada. The guides will also be mailed to prospective visitors upon request.
According to data from Tourism Economics, tourism spending in Madison County rose 12.4 percent to $99.9 million in 2017 versus the prior year. This spending generated $6.8 million in local taxes and $5.5 million in state taxes, which saved the average household $471 in taxes and sustained more than 2,200 jobs in the county.
