WAMPSVILLE — The Madison County Sheriff’s Office announced the following recent arrests:

• Mark T. Brinson, 66, of Canastota, was charged in Lenox on July 10 with driving while intoxicated, breath test refusal and several vehicle and traffic violations.

• Linda L. Bender, 53, of Chittenango, was charged in Canastota on July 5 with concealing or destroying physical evidence, a felony.
