MacDougall joins firm as disability hearing representative
Olinsky Law Group has announced that it has added Kimberly MacDougall, EDPNA as a Social Security disability hearing representative.
“We are delighted to have Kimberly join us,” said Howard Olinsky, the firm’s managing partner. “Our firm is experiencing a surge in Social Security Disability appeals nationwide, and Kimberly will enable us to meet the need for this growing demand.” This addition strengthens the existing team that has made Olinsky Law Group a national leader in Social Security Disability Law before the agency and in Federal Court, the announcement said.
MacDougall is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany. Prior to joining Olinsky Law Group, she worked as a Social Security claimant representative for North Country Advocate in West Leyden and the Antonowicz Group in Rome. At North Country Advocate, she was self-employed and successfully operated her own organization for 11 years, where she represented individuals seeking disability benefits, the announcement said.
MacDougall is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Representatives, National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare, and National Association of Disability Representatives. She lives in West Leyden.
