Lowville streets closed Saturday for Cream Cheese Festival

LOWVILLE — Portions of Parkway Drive and North State Street will be closed on Saturday for the Cream Cheese Festival. 

Parkway Drive and North State Street will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. from the main intersection at Dayan Street and Shady Avenue to Bostwick Street, officials said. Motorists will be directed to a detour route.
