ONEIDA — A full agenda is slated for the Common Council’s regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2, in the Common Council Chambers at 109 N. Main St. in Oneida.
On the agenda:
Adopt local law
Adopt a local law amending Article II, Section 2.1 (A) of the Oneida City Charter to amend the term of Mayor of the City of Oneida from two to four years.
Adopt local law
Adopt a local law amending Article II, Section 2.1 (A) of the Oneida City Charter to amend the term of City Councilors of the City of Oneida from two to four years.
Budget transfers/amendments
Approve the budget transfers and amendments as outlined by the comptroller.
Capital Project summary
Approve the revision of the 2022 Capital Project Summary pertaining to Capital Project 22-12 Lake Street Pump Station Controls Upgrade and Capital Project 20-6, Glenmore Dam Rehab.
Approve bid
Approve the lowest bid meeting specifications for Sidewalk Replacement Program to Sgarlata Concrete, Inc., 3811 Canal Street, Canastota NY 13032, for the Department of Public Works.
Capital Project 22-12
Authorize the city engineer to proceed with Capital Project 22-12 Lake Street Pump Station Controls Upgrade and to expend funds up to the revised budgeted amount of $2M for said Capital Project.
Lake Street Pump Station improvements
Declare that the Lake Street pump station improvements qualifies as a Type II Action and is not subject to further review under the State Environmental Quality Review Act.
Feral Cat committee request
Speak to council about funding for the Feral Cat committee.
