Local chapter of international sorority holds meeting

ROME — The Zeta Master Chapter of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority met recently at the Hampton Inn, 1352 Floyd Ave., for a breakfast meeting with Patricia Denton presiding.

Dorothy Alexander announced the international sorority is celebrating 90 years of service, and Marie Mastracco presented a program on St. Patrick.

At a prior meeting, Alexander held a candlelight ceremony for Denton, who received the Exemplar Degree and for Deanne Martin, who received the Master’s Degree.
