LETTER: Finegan has leadership qualities for county clerk

Posted

Effective, sound management requires a bridge builder who has the knowledge, skills, and leadership qualities to create productive relationships.

In the case of the Oneida County clerk, the proverbial relationship bridge needs repair. Restoring trust between the elected county clerk and its staff, the public who use the office’s services, and with the county executive and Board of Legislators, calls for that bridge builder.

All, working together will advance the efficiency, productivity, and performance of the office of the county clerk.

The candidate with the best skills set to achieve refreshed, and best in class service to the Oneida County clerk’s office is clearly Mary Finegan.

Her combination of experience, integrity and working effectively with others earns our votes on November 8.  She will be an outstanding Oneida County clerk.

— Christine Potocki, New Hartford
