Julie Grow Denton is a candidate for State Supreme Court, and I urge your readers to vote for her in November.

I have had the privilege of knowing Julie for more than 20 years, serving on several community boards, in particular our library and hospital boards where she has served in several leadership positions.

I have witnessed Julie’s even temperament, strong communication skills, and her ability to handle difficult situations, while building and strengthening relationships with those around her. She consistently makes a concerted effort to advance the causes of the organizations she serves, while shying away from the attention and quickly crediting others with the success. Her humility and respect for others endear her to her colleagues. 

These same qualities, to include her wealth of experience in the legal field and deep understanding of the law and judicial system, will make her a conscientious, thorough, fair and even tempered judge. I enthusiastically support her candidacy and hope the communities of the Fifth Judicial District will do the same.
