NEW HARTFORD — The Ward Arcuri Law Firm, whose attorneys have assisted families for almost 30 years, has announced the addition of two new partners, becoming Ward Arcuri Foley & Dwyer.

Joining Drew Ward and Michael Arcuri as partners are Tim Foley, of Old Forge, and Kevin Dwyer, of New Hartford.

“We’re very excited to partner with Tim and Kevin,” said Ward, who manages the firm’s estate planning services. “The wealth of knowledge and experience Tim brings is unmatched, and Kevin’s outstanding work for the firm has prepared him to continue his growth as a partner.”

Foley, son of late attorney William J. Foley, has been practicing law since 1985 when he joined his father’s practice, the Foley & Frye Law Firm of Utica. Foley brings to the firm his history of representing large and small businesses, families, and individuals, in services such as estate planning and real estate law.

Dwyer, a graduate of St. John Fisher College and SUNY Buffalo Law School, previously worked in the Oneida County District Attorney’s Office before joining the Ward Arcuri Law Firm. Dwyer’s experience adds criminal law services to the firm’s offering, with a focus on insider trading and felony offenses.

Ward Arcuri Foley & Dwyer Law Firm’s full legal services include real estate law, corporate law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, and criminal defense. The new partnership, which has over 100 years of combined experience, promises to offer a strengthened and unparalleled service for clients throughout Central New York and the North Country.

“To better serve the needs of our clients in both Central New York and the North Country, we have expanded our services in an exciting and synergistic way”, added Arcuri. “With the four of us partnered together, we can provide families and individuals the personal legal service they deserve.”
