Larceny, drunken driving among recent arrests by New York State Police
The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Herkimer and Madison counties:
• Gary Liggins, 50, of Utica, was charged on Aug. 25 in Utica with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.
• Justin E. Metott, 34, of Lee, was charged in Annsville on Aug. 25 with fourth-degree possession of stolen property.
• Marquee L. McKinney, 33, of Oneida, was charged in Oneida Castle on Aug. 25 with criminal obstruction of breathing and third-degree mischief.
• A 17-year-old, from Taberg, was charged in Annsville on Aug. 25 with second-degree possession of a weapon, fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree mischief.
• A 16-year-old, from Rome, was charged on Aug. 25 in Lincoln with one count of third-degree tampering.
• Brian M. Maguire, 22, of Gloversville, was charged in Stark on Aug. 24, with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing.
• A 14-year-old, from Hamilton, was charged in Lebanon on Aug. 24 with one count each of possession of a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child.
• Kyle E. Stone, 24, of Herkimer, was charged on Aug. 12 in Little Falls with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
• Chandler Z. Seelbach, 27, of Little Falls, was charged in Little Falls on Aug. 23 with second-degree obstructing a governmental administration.
• Irene E. Ladlee, 47, no address given, was charged on Aug. 23 in Brookfield with fourth-degree mischief and two counts of second-degree contempt.
• Joseph M. Murray, 37, of Marcy, and James Collazo, 31, of Rome, were charged in Marcy on Aug. 18 and Aug. 22, respectively, on one count each of third and fourth-degree grand larceny.
• John R. Spraker, 64, of Dolgeville, was charged on Aug. 22 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater.
• Joshua A. Guyer, 35, of Newport, was charged on Aug. 19 in Litchfield with criminal obstruction of breathing and fourth-degree mischief.
