Larceny, drug possession among recent arrests in City of Oneida

ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests:

• Miguel A. Castillo Acero, 26, of Oneida, was charged on Jan. 27 with driving while intoxicated, imprudent speed, running a red light and several other vehicle and traffic violations. 

• David Parmeter, 46, of Oneida, was picked up on multiple arrest warrants on Jan. 27 for felony third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor seventh-degree possession, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and failure to register a change of address as a sex offender. 

• Donald R. Badgley, 46, of Munnsville, was charged on Jan. 25 with third and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, as well as several vehicle and traffic violations. 

• Jonathan P. Byrnes, 31, Canastota, was issued an appearance ticket on Jan. 25 for petty larceny.

• Chad M. Emmons, 34, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Jan. 25 for petty larceny.

• Elizabeth R. Conover, 32, of Oneida, was picked up on an arrest warrant on Jan. 24 for petty larceny.  

• Jonathan M. Harp, 38, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Jan. 24 for petty larceny.

• Melissa E. Kotary, 39, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Jan. 24 for petty larceny.

• Tyler D. Wallace, 27, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Jan. 23 for endangering the welfare of a child.

• Robert W. Cross, 35, of Oneida, was charged on Jan. 21 with second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing.  

• Jhimaal McKeith Lasco, 31, of Rome, was issued appearance tickets on Jan. 21 for fourth-degree possession of stolen property fourth-degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

• Two male juveniles, 15, of Rome, were issued juvenile appearance tickets on Jan. 21 for criminal possession of stolen property fourth-degree.

• Crystal A. Callesto, 40, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Jan. 20 for third-degree trespass.

• A female juvenile, 13, of Oneida, was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Jan. 19 for second-degree aggravated harassment.

• Billie A. Vonkrusze, 48, of Herkimer, was picked up on an arrest warrant on Jan. 19 for petty larceny.  

• Steven A. Johnson, 38, of Canastota, was picked up on an arrest warrant for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
