Larceny and stolen property among recent state police arrests

The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Lewis, Madison and Herkimer counties:

• Eh S. Pwoe, 27, of Utica, was charged in Camden on Jan. 19 with petty larceny.

• A 17-year-old from Poland was charged on Jan. 17 in Russia with fourth-degree possession of stolen property.

• An 18-year-old from Poland was charged on Jan. 17 in Herkimer with fourth-degree possession of stolen property.

• An 18-year-old from Poland was charged in Trenton on Jan. 17 with fourth-degree possession of stolen property and third-degree identity theft.

• James J. Bartholomay, 34, of Barneveld, was charged in Trenton on Jan. 17 with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree trespass.

• Raymond A. Howard, 28, of Rome, was charged in Rome on Jan. 12 with third-degree possession of a weapon.

• Brent M. Erlenback, 35, of Canastota, was charged in Lenox on Jan. 17 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Cory J. Kennedy, 28, of Mohawk, was charged in German Flatts on Jan. 13 with fourth-degree mischief and second-degree contempt.

• Bethanne K. Niznik, 45, of Richfield Springs, was charged in Columbia on Jan. 16 with second-degree trespass.

• Amy E. Ellerson, 32, of Berkshire, Tioga County, was charged in Sangerfield on Jan. 14 with third-degree identity theft.

• Cody N. Rye, 27, of Boonville, was charged in Boonville on Jan. 14 with endangering the welfare of a child.

• Raymond H. Brower, 40, of Lee, was charged in Annsville on Jan. 14 with fifth-degree possession of stolen property.
