Larceny and mischief among City of Oneida arrests

ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests:

• Thomas G. Havener, 58, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on Sept. 5 for disorderly conduct, exposure of a person and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

• Patrick M. Morrissey, 38, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Sept. 6 for petty larceny.

• A juvenile was arrested on Sept. 6 for petty larceny and felony second-degree mischief.

• Justin Cruz, 20, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Sept. 5 for resisting arrest. He was also picked up on two separate arrest warrants for third-degree mischief and making a false written statement. 

• Stephanie J. Winchell, 40, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on Sept. 4 for petty larceny fourth mischief.

• Laura L. Hollenbeck, 41, of Rome, was issued an appearance ticket on Sept. 4 for petty larceny.

• A juvenile was issued an appearance ticket on Sept. 4 for fourth-degree mischief.

• Caleb M. Renner, 24, of Oneida, was charged on Sept. 3 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely.

• Kevin J. Lizcano-Ordonez, 27, of Sylvan Beach, was issued an appearance ticket on Sept. 1 for petty larceny.

• Derrick N. Gunther, 42, of Syracuse, was picked up on an arrest warrant on Sept. 1 for petty larceny.

• Peter A. Nichols Jr., 31, of Canastota, was issued an appearance ticket on Sept. 1 for third-degree trespass.
