Kitchen threat in Rome charged early Saturday

ROME — A 32-year-old man is accused of threatening a woman with a kitchen knife and a frying pan, according to the Rome Police Department.
Police said Jordani Cruz, of Rome, was involved in a domestic dispute with a woman at a residence at Park Drive Manor II around 7:30 a.m. Saturday. Police said Cruz grabbed a kitchen knife and a frying pan and threatened to kill her.
Cruz is charged with one count of second-degree menacing, police stated. He is scheduled to appear in Rome City Court.
