Kirkland Senior Center announces new activities

Posted

CLARK MILLS — Kirkland Senior Center on Mill Street is now open on Tuesdays.

The center will host bingo with a new bingo board at 9:30 a.m., as well as pool downstairs at the facility.

Exercise class will be from 11:15-11:45 a.m.

For the immediate future, the center is asking everyone to bring a bag lunch for lunch at noon. There will be coffee, tea and water. There is a 25-cent charge for water.

Kirkland Senior Center will have speakers, entertainment and its annual Lions Club-sponsored picnic at Clinton Fire House this summer. If there is enough interest, KSC wants to plan bowling outings this winter and some golfing in the summer at Crystal Springs.
