Kelberman Center names new chief development officer


UTICA — Kelly Carinci has recently been hired as the chief development officer at the Kelberman Center, the agency has announced.

Carinci will work with leadership to develop short and long range planning as it relates to development and partnership opportunities in the Utica and Syracuse area. Carinci has over 25 years of experience working in the non-profit environment and most recently was the Director of Development for the YMCA of Central New York.

Carinci received a master’s degree in organizational management and leadership with a concentration in non-profit management at Springfield College and holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Springfield College in human services.

The Kelberman Center, an affiliate of Upstate Caring Partners, Inc., provides state-of-the-art programs and services for children and adults with ASD and their families. Specialized staffing is highly trained to meet the needs of individuals with ASD and includes psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and educational and behavior specialists. Its team of professionals addresses the unique needs of both individuals and their families through various programs and services.
