Judith R. Selvetti, 61, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, passed away on August 20, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family under the care of Hospice.
She was born November 26, 1957, in Rome, the daughter of the late Richard and Hazel Clemens Selvetti.
She was previously married to the late Richard Harris.
Judy was employed at The American Legion in Woodsboro, Maryland for many years. She was well liked at her job and made several friends along the way. She enjoyed joking around to have a good time and had many laughs with customers and fellow employees.
Judy was very thoughtful to others in need. She would spend her last dollar to prevent someone from going without.
Judy is survived by three sons, Richard (Tracy) Selvetti of Martinsburg, West Virginia, Robert Perry (Anne Henderson) of Verona, New York, Ryan Perry (Tracy Langley) of Falling Waters, West Virginia; one daughter Rita Perry (Raymond Kwek) of Hedgesville, West Virginia; one sister Susan Selvetti of Rome; two brothers, John Selvetti of Lee Center, Donald (Beverly) Selvetti of Rome; ten grandchildren, Trinity, Ricky, Dylan, Andrew, Ian, Mya, Ava, Aubree, Derek, Kirstin; one great-grandchild, Josell; aunts, an uncle; nieces, nephews and cousins; a long time friend Victor Hoffman; and two four-legged grand dogs, Brownie, Bailey. She was predeceased by one sister, Victoria Selvetti Panek.
A private memorial will be held in her honor at Verona Beach, New York and at The American Legion in Woodsboro, Maryland.
The family would like to thank Hospice in Berkeley County, West Virginia; Strong-Burns and Sprock Funeral Home, Rome, N.Y.; and also family and friends that helped her in her time of need. We would also like to thank Joan Cain for our special prayer session.
Judy is now at home and at peace but will be missed by many.
