Jervis Public Library, 613 N. Washington St., will offer an assortment of free programs for children and teens during holiday break.
For children and families:
Wednesday, Dec. 26 at 1 p.m.: STEAMworks Ability Labs will present Making Paper Circuits, a hands-on session for age 6 and older.
Friday, Dec. 28 at 10 a.m.: STEAMworks Ability Labs will present Making Squishy Circuits, a hands-on session for those age 4 and older.
Friday, Dec. 28 at 2 p.m.: STEM Toy Exploration with free play time with Code-a-pillar, Dash, and Code & Go Mouse for all ages.
Saturday, Dec. 29 at 10 a.m.: Yoga for Children and Families with Bianca Johnson of Full Lotus Yoga.
Friday, Dec. 28 at 2 p.m.: Free time with the library’s large collection of board games
According to Children’s Librarian Alanna Blasi, all programs are free and held in accessible areas of the library.
No registration is required for the drop-in events.
