CLINTON — The Clinton Youth Foundation board members and Clinton Pool staff opened the Jack Boynton Community Pool on Sunday, July 5.
New rules and procedures have been adopted to keep everyone safe. Neighbors are asked to visit www.clintonpool.com to learn about this year’s COVID-19 procedures, pool rules, and changes to memberships and day passes.
Work at the Pool
The pool is still hiring lifeguards and front desk staff. Those interested in learning more about employment opportunities and would like to submit an application to work at the pool, visit www.clintonpool.com.
Support the Pool
With the Friend of the Pool campaign, the pool board received a $5,000 matching grant to help with operating costs this year. Now the board is asking for the community’s help to meet their obligation to match that amount. Those interested in making a donation may visit www.clintonpool.com.
In addition to direct donations, the pool is also accepting sponsor-membership donations. Those inclined to sponsor an individual or family for a month or the full season, should visit www.clintonpool.com and click the Donate button to make a sponsor-membership gift. Be sure to add a note in the comments box.
Checks may also be made payable to “Clinton Youth Foundation” and sent to P.O. Box 32, Clinton, N.Y. 13323.
