UTICA — The House of the Good Shepherd will host the Chamber’s May Business After Hours on Thursday, May 12, from 5-7 p.m., at 17 Herkimer Road, Utica.

The House of the Good Shepherd (HGS) has led the way in changing children’s lives since 1872.  They operate 365 days a year and provide round-the-clock care to over 900 children and their families, of which over 600 children are in foster care and community-based services annually. HGS specializes in treatment to help the most severe and complex cases of trauma, abuse, or neglect.

As a proud Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce 2021 Business of the Year, they look forward to meeting you and providing a glimpse into their Foster Care program. Each attendee will receive a commemorative 150th Anniversary Gift, chances to win a gift basket and other prizes, a brief tour of one of our visitation rooms, and delicious food and drink by Feast and Festivities with Patrick O’Connor.

The cost for pre-registered Chamber Members is $10, or $15 at the door. For those who are not Chamber Members and wish to attend, the cost is $20.

All employees of Chamber Member businesses are eligible to attend at our member price.
