Honor Flight Syracuse presentation Tuesday in Lee


LEE CENTER — There will be an hour long interactive presentation about Honor Flight Syracuse at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Parish Hall, 5748 Stokes-Lee Center Road. Learn about this cause dedicated to honoring veterans.

Refreshments and baked goods will be served, and admission is free. The public is invited to attend.

Honor Flight Network is a non-profit organization created to honor America’s veterans for all their sacrifices. The group transports veterans to Washington, D.C., to visit and reflect at war memorials at no cost to them.

Priority is given to World War II survivors and those who are terminally ill.

Honor Flight Syracuse has transported hundreds of veterans from across a 10-county area in central New York.
