Holy Cross Drama Club to perform the musical USA Teen History

Holy Cross Academy Drama Club will present the musical USA Teen History on Saturday and Sunday, April 27-28.

The production is a walk through American history, from Plymouth Rock to the internet, all told through the eyes of teenagers.

The theatre-style show is a compilation of scenes, songs, skits and monologues about the great tapestry that is America. And, like American history, it’s funny, tragic, dramatic and strange. It’s an insight into those who never made the pages of the history books, the teens who helped shape a nation.

USA Teen History is directed by internationally-known performers and directors Juliane and Stephen Price with local music educator Roselle Lynch. Show times are 7 p.m. on Saturday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are available for $8 each. The school is located at 4020 Barrington Road in Verona. For information, call 315-363-1669.
