ONEIDA — “The road into Sherwood Forest has never looked more dangerous — or more welcoming!”

Holy Cross Academy, 4020 Barrington Road, presents its fall production of Tim Kelly’s “Robin Hood” at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 9 and 10, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11. The show is a long-awaited return to the stage after a break in drama productions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Directed by Thomas Bodoh, “Robin Hood” is a family-friendly tale of peril and adventure that will leave the audience cheering “Hail to Sherwood!” along with the people of Nottingham.

This twist on the classic legend features daring sword fights, carefree dancing and an evil schemer who will not rest until Robin Hood lies powerless at her feet, according to the school announcement.

Tickets are $7 per adult and $5 per child. Tickets can be reserved by calling 315-363-1669 or purchased at the door.
