Herkimer police report recent arrests
HERKIMER — The Herkimer Police Department announced the following arrests for March:
• Ronald A. Loving, 23, of Rochester, was charged on March 31 with third-degree assault, unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child.
• Charles A. Azzarito, 34, of Herkimer, was charged on March 22 with falsely reporting an incident and making a false written statement.
• Dillon G. Ortlieb, 24, of Herkimer, was charged on March 11 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Justin C. Harris, 31, of Herkimer, was charged on March 11 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Shelly M. Vanasse, 32, of Palantine Bridge, Montgomery County, was charged on March 11 with petty larceny.
• Michael R. Worden, 27, of Stratford, was charged on March 12 with driving while intoxicated.
• Michael P. Tomanovich, 46, of Herkimer, was charged on March 16 with fourth-degree grand larceny.
• Daniel J. Finley, 27, of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, was charged on March 16 with fourth-degree grand larceny, petty larceny and possession of a controlled substance.
• David L. Bond, 43, of Herkimer, was charged on March 17 with petty larceny.
• Jessica L. Brewer, 33, of Herkimer, was charged on March 17 with third-degree assault.
• Rachel B. Hall, 36, of Herkimer, was charged on March 24 with criminal tampering.
• Jacob J. Dufford, 26, of Little Falls, was charged on March 25 with petty larceny.
• Victor A. Colon, 39, of Herkimer, was charged on March 27 with fourth-degree mischief.
• Marquita B. Severance, 38, of Herkimer, was charged on March 29 with theft of services.
• Anthony C. Walker, 47, of Ilion, was charged on March 31 with aggravated family offense, second-degree contempt, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest and obstruction of a governmental administration.
• Matthew C. Thompson, 32, of West Winfield, was charged on March 31 with petty larceny.
