HERKIMER — Herkimer College will hold its annual Fall Fest and Alumni Weekend beginning with the Herkimer Generals Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Friday, Sept. 30 and continuing through Saturday, Oct. 1.

The Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Reception will begin at 5 p.m. Friday with a strolling buffet and cash bar. The ceremony will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by a social hour and desserts.

The 2022 class inductees include, Kenny Black, Wendall Williams, Victoria Campanian ‘15, Danielle Nicosia, Jimmy Smith, Gino Barbuto, Hank Testa, the 2013 Herkimer College Softball Team, and the 1992 Herkimer College Men’s Lacrosse Team. Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased at www.herkimer.edu/ahof.

Saturday’s activities kick off at 9 a.m. with a Nature Hike-O-Ree sponsored by the Boy Scouts of America. The fun continues from noon to 4 p.m. with the 14^th annual car show and ceremony, horse drawn wagon rides, music by DJ Red Hot ‘n’ Wild, cartoon caricatures, solar star gazing, a chicken barbeque, a Ninja Warrior obstacle course, Easels on the Gogh fall-themed painting, alumni games, and much more.

All Saturday events are open to the public and free unless otherwise indicated on the schedule.
