Harassment, DWI among charges in Madison County


The Madison County Sheriff's Office announced the following recent arrests:

• Septia R. Stobart, 23, of Pennellville, was charged in Canastota on Sept. 11 with second-degree harassment, second-degree obstruction of a governmental administration and resisting arrest.

• Deashia A. Jackson, 24, of Phoenix, was charged in Lenox on Sept. 11 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, moving from lane unsafely and no registration. 

• John B. O'Herien, 47, of Canastota, was charged on Sept. 5 for having an open burn.

• Andrea C. Venturi, 30, of Blossvale, was charged in Oneida on Sept. 8 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. 

• Daniel S. Felicia, 44, of Sullivan, was charged in Sullivan on Sept. 8 with driving while intoxicated, breath test refusal and driving without inspection.
