ROME — The Rome Art Association will host an exhibit opening reception tonight, Jan. 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Cinema Capitol Gallery, 230 W Dominick St.

The exhibit features the artwork of Rebecca Petrie, Robin Theriault and Benny Garden. The RAA notes the display "combines a powerful mixture of colorful, whimsical art to dark and thought provoking imagery."

The reception is free and open to the public. The exhibit will be on display until the end of February and can be viewed during the Cinema Capitol normal movie business hours.
