Hamilton College senior Andrew Harrell has earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region honors for the 2023 NCAA Division III outdoor track and field season following the conclusion of the regular season.

The top five individuals in each event from each region earned all-region honors. Harrell was all-region for the men's 10,000-meter run for the second year in a row and was also all-region for the men's 5,000-meter run for the first time. He posted all-region performances for cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field in the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons.

Harrell owned the fifth-fastest time in the Niagara Region in the 5,000 meters as he finished second with a personal-record 14:40.44 at the 2023 All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Outdoor Championships on May 17. He also recorded the region's fifth-best time in the 10,000 meters in 31:32.01 as he finished sixth at the 2023 New England Small College Athletic Conference Track & Field Championships on April 29.
