Hamilton College women's hockey ranked 15th in Division III poll

CLINTON — The Hamilton College Continentals are ranked 15th in the DCU/USCHO.com Division III women's hockey Top 15 poll that was released on Monday.

Hamilton is tied at No. 15 with Aurora University from the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association. This week's poll is the second of the 2022-23 regular season. The Continentals received votes in the first regular season poll and the preseason poll.

Hamilton's season opener is at NESCAC rival Amherst College on Friday, Nov. 18. The Continentals finished 12-10-0 overall and 8-8 in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) last season. Hamilton qualified for the conference championship and advanced to the semifinals with a 1-0 win over Williams College in the quarterfinals.
