Grand larceny and contempt among arrests

The New York State Police have announced recent arrests in Herkimer, Oneida, Lewis and Madison counties:

  • Amanda M. Logalbo, 30, of New York Mills, was charged in Marcy on Dec. 29 with second-degree grand larceny, charged in Deerfield with petty larceny, and charged in Westmoreland with two counts of third-degree possession of stolen property.
  • Jahi K. Goodbee, 23, of Marcy, was charged in March on Dec. 29 with third-degree assault and third-degree possession of a weapon.
  • Anthony M. Howland, 35, of Carthage, was charged in Denmark on Dec. 28 with fourth-degree grand larceny.
  • Michael J. Mosher, 21, of Geneva, was charged in Fenner on Dec. 29 with first-degree contempt.
  • Scott A. Colvin, 40, of Morrisville, was charged on Dec. 28 in Nelson with first-degree contempt.
  • Cindy L. Miller, 39, of Lowville, was charged in Lowville on Dec. 28 with fourth-degree mischief.
  • Cassandra L. Quarantillo, 26, of Cazenovia, was charged in Cazenovia on Dec. 29 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.
  • Christopher b. Whitaker, 21, of Poland, was charged in Russia on Dec. 28 with driving while intoxicated.
  • Cheryl Barriger, 53, of Rome, was charged on Dec. 26 in Rome on a charge of petty larceny.
  • Jordan J. Card, 32, of Marcy, was charged in Marcy on Dec. 25 with first-degree contempt.
  • Richard A. Nichols, 80, of Cazenovia, was charged on Dec. 25 in Cazenovia with one count of first-degree contempt and fourth-degree possession of a weapon.
